What does someone's size have to do with spirituality? Well to be perfectly honest with you it shouldn’t have anything to do with it - but the world we live in that is steeped in sizest and fatphobic rhetoric and messaging - makes it so. My truly wonderful guest on The Priestess Podcast today is Andrea Westbrook, a life coach for fat, curvy and plus sized women. Andrea shares with us about the necessary reclaiming of the word fat, how exclusionary spiritual spaces can be of people who are fat and most importantly of all - what we can all do about such things to make a spiritual path of life exploration open to us all.
