Imagine living a secret life you were too embarrassed to share with your friends and family.

That shame is what my guest, Maya Raichoora, lived with throughout her teenage years. After being diagnosed with Ulcerative colitis she opened up to the world about what she was going through.

In her own words it has made her who she is today. But it doesn't define her.

In this episode she shares what life is like living with a chronic illness, as well as her self-love journey that enabled her to start her own business supporting global brands improve their mental fitness.
