Brea Burger shares her journey of building a family real estate empire, growing from a handful of units to an impressive 160-unit portfolio in a very short period of time. Starting her investment journey in Pennsylvania, Brea expanded her portfolio across four states using the BRRRR method. With the support of her sister, brother-in-law, and other key relationships, they rapidly acquired many cash flowing properties. The key to their success? Strong relationships, leveraging private and hard money, and mastering the art of refinancing. Liz, her mentor, and networks like Gobundance Women, played pivotal roles in her personal and business growth. Brea's future vision? A whopping $50M portfolio and $1M annual cash flow. Her advice to aspiring investors: hone transferable skills and prioritize relationships over transactions.
