Sarah Weaver is a coach, author, speaker, real estate investor, entrepreneur, and business owner. Nothing thrills Sarah more than helping real estate agents and investors design the life of their dreams whether that is making more money or working fewer hours (or both!). After becoming involved with real estate and attending a few conferences Sarah quickly realized what was deeply needed in the space–a way to build strong, like-minded communities! From there Sarah built out a program for hosting epic travel adventures for real estate investors to mastermind business and life. As an investor herself, Sarah went from owning 3 units to owning 15 units in 93 days. She bought a fourplex from 8,000 miles away so she knows a thing or two about long-distance investing. She now owns 19 units in four states. This includes nine furnished rentals—all of which she self-manages from afar. Sarah is a digital nomad, meaning she works 100% remotely from anywhere in the world and has been since 2015. Her travels include visiting 44 countries on 6 continents.
