No one likes to focus on their weakness.
In fact, we would much rather focus on someone else's issues so we don't necessarily have to face our own. While that is a normal defense mechanism for all of us it might cause you to miss out on something special.
If marriage has taught us one thing its that neither of us are perfect. Not that we thought we were but now we know we are far from it! We say often that "marriage is a mirror." It teaches you way more about yourself than it does your spouse if you are willing to see it.
For the next two episodes we want to focus on each of our biggest weaknesses. Why? Because as we have discovered them, accepted them and worked through them together it has made our marriage incredibly stronger. Take that in. Our individual weaknesses have made us collectively stronger.
