Toxic leadership can cast a long, damaging shadow over a workplace, creating a hostile environment of distrust and resentment. Toxic leadership can cause a perpetual cycle of hurt and resentment. When leaders are overwhelmed and hurt, they often transfer their unresolved issues to their subordinates, creating an unbearable work environment. But the good news is, as Christian women, we are equipped with a powerful weapon - resilience. Acknowledging achievements amid toxicity, expressing our inner wounds, and denying the past's power over the present are ways we can rise above toxic leadership. With a robust support system and the right mindset, overcoming overwhelming situations will lead to personal growth and positivity.
Episode highlights:
[1:37] Overwhelmed leaders lead, they hurt others
[5:34] It's a lie
