Are shopping malls dying? Today we explore and attempt to answer that question with Principal Sean Slater. He spent the first half of his career design shopping malls and will most likely spend the second half of his career redesigning and fixing them.
However, not all is lost, as some shopping centers are being proactive and taking action in modifying their properties while they are still ahead. We discuss how developers can also stay relevant and successful by investing in their malls before they begin to fail.
