My guest is Marco Alvarado. Marco is a black belt in Jiu Jitsu under Lucas Leite. Originally from California USA, Marco moved to China three years ago to teach jiu jitsu and setup Checkmat Hangzhou. As a coach, he hopes to bring a different perspective in mixed martial arts to Hangzhou from what is the normal perception. Recently Marco launched his own Mexican food themed restaurant in Hangzhou, Taco Bros. He hopes to see the restaurant grow and bring a taste from his own roots to the Hangzhou market.
