On today's brief coaching episode, I'm excited to share my work-from-home routine and morning ritual. These routines have been honed over several years and have truly transformed my life. The best part? You won't have to spend years figuring them out; I'm here to help you quickly integrate these habits into your daily schedule.

🌞 Morning Routine:
- I set my alarm 30 minutes earlier than I need to, ensuring a stress-free start to the day.
- Before even stepping out of bed, I recite three positive mottos to set a positive tone.
- A refreshing face splash with cold water kickstarts my morning.
- While brushing my teeth, I reaffirm my "I am statements."
- A hearty breakfast fuels my day.
- I plan my workouts well in advance, scheduling gym classes and blocking out time in my calendar.

💼 Work-From-Home Routine:
- Every day, I get fully dressed and "camera ready," even if there are no Zoom meetings on the agenda, ensuring I'm always prepared for whatever the day brings.
- My workday begins promptly at 10:30 AM and wraps up no later than 5:00 PM.
- A 30-minute meditation break in the afternoon rejuvenates me.
- I meticulously schedule tasks and allocate specific time slots for various business activities, from marketing to content creation.
- To keep my mind clear, I maintain a "master list" of tasks on my desk, selecting a few to tackle each day.
- At 5:00 PM, I shut everything down and close my office door.
- A change of clothes and a mood-boosting playlist help me transition into "off-work" mode.

🌙 Evening Routine:
- Swiftly transitioning out of "work mode" is crucial to release stress and embrace a new mental state.
- I indulge in activities that bring me happiness, like cooking dinner and playing a cheerful playlist.
- In the evenings, it's all about unwinding with my favorite shows; work emails and tasks are off-limits.
