It sounds like one of the best jobs there is — travelling around Colorado from mountains to deserts collecting seeds.

Alex Seglias from the Denver Botanic Gardens studies seed germination of native species and how seeds relate to their environment.

She says she's particularly interested in how germination might change in a changing climate and how it is impacting alpine ecosystems. Guest:
