Feeling frisky and on fire, or would you rather just eat a pizza and watch Netflix? How are your balls? Lady balls? (Jk- I just really wanted to say "balls" at some point in the show notes). If you'd prefer the latter, you could be experiencing some hormonal imbalances.
Dr. Christian Anguiano is a licensed naturopathic doctor, specializing in men’s health, hormone and nutrient optimization, and chronic disease prevention and management. He earned his doctorate from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona, and completed a post-graduate residency at Centro De Salud Familiar – an urgent care clinic that functions as primary care for a predominately Latino, Spanish-speaking and uninsured patient population in Phoenix. With a passion for providing care to underserved communities, he has spent time volunteering for non-profit public health organizations in Mexico and Peru and was the President of Naturopaths Without Borders while in medical school. He has been assisting on naturopathic medical mission trips to Mexico and Haiti since 2011, while maintaining his role as Family Physician at Centro De Salud Familiar, and is a supervising doctor with Naturopaths Without Borders.

In this episode, we discuss testosterone replacement therapy, the difference between TRT and just "juicing" for gains, as well as why healthy testosterone levels are so important in both men and even women. We dive into signs and symptoms of low levels and how low testosterone can negatively impact your sex life and libido. Dr. Christian gives us his expert advice on how to get you back on track through a healthy lifestyle and diet, as well as guidance around what supplements are incredibly beneficial.
