As we all know February is the month of Love, and it’s the best time of the year to spread love, and harmony. At Shergroup we think after the challenging times of 2020 and 2021 so many business owners, this month in February 2022 is the month to show some love and affection to your entire community.

Chief Shergroupie, Claire Sandbrook, takes you through a few ideas and inspiration of her own on how to fall in love with everything to do with your business and to build it from where it is today.

Claire talks about these topics from her own experience of growing a difficult brand to love – and yet she has always seen it as a force for good. Today Shergroup is less Sheriff, and more Robin Hood, as we give back to hard working business owners looking to succeed in the post-pandemic climate.

In our Newsletter this week we’re covering everything to do with showing your customers love and feeling the love from inside your community.

Now she and the rest of TEAM Shergroup are following their hearts to develop the Shergroup brand by asking these simple questions |

1. How Can I Expand My Business Reach?

2. How Can I Fall in Love with My Customers?

3. How Can I Make My Website More Engaging for My Customers?

4. How Can I Deliver Great Customer Service?

5. How Can I Be Transparent About My Prices?

6. How to Use Shergroup Solutions?

Claire wraps up by mentioning a selection of the solutions we have offered our customers this week – and how we have been able to solve their business problem which we hope has made them feel better. We listened to what they had to say, and we came up with a plan of action. That’s how we like to operate.

So, if you'd like to know how we can help you solve a problem talk to one of our business solutions advisors on 020 3588 4240 or email us at hub@shergroup.com – we’d LOVE to hear from you.

Happy Valentine’s Day from TEAM Shergroup
