On Episode 101 I am delighted to be joined by Olympic Bronze medalist Aifric Keogh. This episode was recorded a number of weeks before her claiming silver medal at the 2022 European Championships. We discuss her career, from starting off to dropping out at age 18 to winning an olympic bronze medal. Aifric had to overcome major setbacks throughout her career as discuss her mentality as an athlete, preparation, thought process mid race, going back to study at trinity college and so much more. I thoroughly enjoyed learning from Aifric's mindset as a world class athlete so I hope you enjoy!
