On episode 109 I am joined by NBA Skills trainer Drew Hanlen. Drew has grown his personal brand to over 200k followers on Instagram and works with the elite of the NBA. A talented player himself Drew played NCAA D1 basketball at Belmont University and began training NBA All Star David Lee while he was still in college. He currently works with Jayson Tatum, Bradley Beal, Tyresse Haliburton, Zach Lavine to name a few. I had the pleasure of meeting drew during his visit to ireland @jamesweldon and today we discussed his journey to becoming a trainer, working with NBA stars, measuring success and so much more!
