In this episode, I chat with Brynn Scarborough, CEO and President of JK Products and Services, on a range of topics, including wellness and recovery as well as why women drop out of the workforce and how we can better support each other.

She discusses her career journey and her leadership style evolution. She shares her insights on the themes discussed at the IHRSA conference, including the integration of recovery in the fitness industry. Brynn explains the benefits of red light therapy and its impact on cell turnover and recovery.

Then we transition to the core of what has brought us together as connections: the challenges women face as they are climbing the ladder.
