Many people are choosing to leave the planet right now and transition back to spirit. I had a family member transition recently, and therefore, I wanted to have a conversation about grief. It can be hard to know what to say to someone who is grieving, so I hope this conversation with the lovely Juliette Karaman can help us all, whether it is grieving a death or a different type of loss.

Juliette is a certified mind and body coach and expert on relationships, healing, trauma, and body shame. She specializes in the reinvention of the most intimate relationship in life and is someone who has been through the loss of several loved ones. With courses, coaches, and VIP experiences, Juliette uses her gift to guide and mentor thousands of women to mend their relationship with themselves, their grief, and their spirit.

In this conversation, we talk about all the stages of death and grief, including Juliette’s journey and grieving process, before discussing the different emotions one feels when grieving. We discuss the beauty of moving onto the next life and how different people react before closing with a quick conversation on the energy in the world at this time.

Thanks for listening, and I hope you find something in today’s episode. I’ll see you here next week.
