Trauma has a very difficult effect on survivors. Unfortunately there are scammers too. We have to distinguish between people who suffer with mental illness and people who are scammers. The former need us to point them to good resources and the latter need blocked. Sometimes it's very difficult to distinguish. In this episode we use real examples.
