We are very focused and diligent in rehab to make sure that range of motion, strength and general function are achieved by our patients. We even progress them to the point where we are comfortable with returning them to their sport. But, do we really do enough? Are we making sure that we are just not working on strength, but speed and strength as well. Often times we dont have the time or resources to mimic the speed of the actual sport in the clinic, so what do we do? Listen to the crew discuss what they think is lacking at this time in returning to full sport for some of our patients, and what we can do to help this. Let's Gooo!!
