In our 4th episode in the ACL series we are going to close out our discussion of mid-phase rehab with part 2 of our discussion of Phase II rehab. A lot of questions arise on when can I lift harder, and the most important question most of our patients have "when can I run". Listed to the crew about how we continue to progress these patients and what qualitative and quantitative measures we use to determine how to progress to a higher level.
