Leading on from the last chat about self help books, we talk about fiction books and the ones that made us feel all the feelings. Mind out for the bit at about 30mins in when Nicolas tablet dies and I get cut off š And a shouty Pusscat.
There is probably a literal fucktonne of self-help books out there right now and it's not always easy to find the right ones for you, ones which are helpful, but not peddling some kind of mental health snake oil or just straight up trying to get you to join a cult. So Nicola and I talk through some of our favourite ones, with a few apps in there too, and then right at the end Pusscat decides to yell his approval at our general messages. What a good boy.ā¦
