Join the Sumo Survival brothers in Episode 106 of their bushcraft podcast.

Mike from Dundee asks the guys if they think that the new camping bylaws introduced around Loch Lomond have prevented damages to the environment. The guys talk about the recent activity surrounding the issue and what they think should happen in order to move forward.

Norfolk based Kenneth asks for some advice about health and fitness. He recently was thinking about going on a bushcraft course and wonders if he should have a medical before booking one especially as he recently turned 50. Sy reckons that it is a good idea and Sean talks about how other outdoor providers address fitness.

Billy from Telford has been having problems with sharpening his bushcraft knives and he asks if it is worthwhile sending them away to be professionally sharpened. The brothers talk about how they approach learning how to sharpen knives and what you can do to improve your skills.
