In Episode 61 I get online again to talk to a writer, lifestyle blogger, teacher, radio freelancer, mom of two and a fellow eco-enthusiast Helen McClements. We chat about all things eco, writing, food, IBS and running a household with two kids, a husband and a few pets in the middle of a pandemic. Helen shares some useful tips on using the timer for home schooling and writing, that increase productivity when lack of time or focus seem to be an issue and we talk about some of the eco-friendly household tips shared on her blog including an alternative to single use sanitary pads. As always, we also talk about food and Helen shares a couple of plant based recipes easy to make at home.
