In this Episode, I sit and chat with Caroline Milton, Biomedical Engineer turned Health Coach and creator of 'The Transformation Table'. She was vulnerable, honest, inspiring, passionate...and kinda badass. Her personal story actually has two swerves…

Not only does her story help empower those wanting to swerve from one profession to the next, but she also shares a very vulnerable part of her life with us in where she was faced with the challenge of becoming healthy again after her experience with sexual assault & releasing herself from it being her identity, in hopes to offer comfort and support to the women and men who may benefit from it. This experience has fueled her passion about health and coaching even more so and I can’t wait for you to hear her story!
