In this Episode, I sit down with Sierra Winter, Designer and Owner of Sierra Winter Jewelry. She had the passion, the drive and all the signs telling her to start her own jewelry line...but right after quitting her 9-5 job as a jewelry designer for a company and taking the leap to start her own business, the challenges started rolling in one after another. The ones that make you question "Is this the right time? should I still do this?".
She talks about all the of family challenges she faced during the first year, how she personally swerved through them and why she kept such a sharp stubborn (her words!) focus on her goal to keep Sierra Winter Jewelry running.
