Compensation and rewards are important parts of the conversation about human capital, but they’re not everything. During this time of COVID, remote work, and the massive attrition rate dubbed as the “Great Resignation,” it’s important to understand that money can only get you so far. What gets people to stay more nowadays is great leadership in all aspects.
