Tomorrow (Thursday) marks World Mental Health Day and we thought to turn our focus on the impact of home security on our mental health. Our homes are supposed to be our comfort zones and places of safety, but if you look around and see how walls are getting higher and higher and also more burglar-proof gates are being installed to increase our safety. But then what does all of this do for our mental health? Do we worry too much about what can happen and also the fear of criminals breaking in? What is all of this doing for our mental health?
