The Joy of Journaling (And Why You SHOULD Be Doing It!) - #104
Manage episode 357088796 series 2879285
People think that journaling has to be writing pages and pages of long paragraphs, but it doesn't have to be! While that's how I personally love to journal, for you it can be whatever you would like it to be. And it doesn't have to be a deep dive into your emotions. You can journal to document your home and its transformation, including documenting your DIY projects! Journaling is a way to think through your thoughts and feelings, as well as way to track change over time. In this episode, I'll share with you the reasons why you should be journaling, including how I got started and what I discovered about myself recently while reading over my old journals! Do you love to journal? Share your journaling story with me! Email me at serena@thriftdiving.com and tell me about what journaling means to you! Connect with me on Instagram @ThriftDiving.
