Music is a universal language that transcends cultural and language barriers. In honor of Black Music Month we are encouraging you to let the music lead you. Exploring the ways leadership can use music as a tool to explore: emotional intelligence, mental preparation, inspiration and motivation, communication and collaboration and creativity and innovation.

Music has the power to evoke emotions and connect with people on a deeper level. Whether we use music to create an uplifting and energizing environment that boosts team morale or fosters a sense of unity among team members, we can influence and elevate our environment in a positive way.

Tapping into our senses, it opens up a whole new way of creating. We build connection through this universal way to love. That sense of discovery and possibility that comes from it is undeniable. From the Beatles to The Beastie Boys to Biggie (Notorious BIG) to Cardi B, music has meaning in leadership.

After this press play on your favorite playlist and let it lead you.
