Patrick O'Neill is a leader in LGBTQ+ branded content having created the groundbreaking advertising campaign for IKEA, the very first time a gay couple was featured in an ad in 1994. He led the LGBTQ+ efforts for ABSOLUT, including creating ABSOLUT OUT a campaign celebrating National Coming Out Day. Patrick led the creative efforts for Keep A Child Alive, an AIDS awareness organization founded by Alicia Keys. He’s served on Google’s Creative Council, Facebook’s Creative Council and worked across clients from the Academy Awards, Apple, the Grammys, the Getty Foundation/Pacific Standard Time, Visa, Pepsi, Gatorade, ABSOLUT, Lexus and Theranos at TBWA\CHIAT\DAY as Executive Creative Director.

Patrick has won multiple industry awards for his work including Clios, D&AD, One Show, Cannes Lions, Two Grand Prix Cannes Lions and his work has received two Emmy nominations.

This conversation isn't just about success, it's about setbacks, and the power of optimism, taking risks, and being couragouse to push bournaries. Patrick's work, and his approach to leadership, is making waves of impact in this world and we're here for it.
