On this week’s episode, I sat down with Charles Moser. Dr. Moser owned multiple practices before taking a position as the Dental Director for a DSO. Dr. Moser became a key member of the DEO and served as an executive coach for dental owners. A Speaker for the John Maxwell team, as well as a KOL for Dentsply. He spent over a year as an in-office consultant and serves as a claims reviewer for MCNAs Medicaid division in Texas.
