On this week's episode, I sat down with Frank Loggia. Francesco Loggia has over 15 years of experience in the dental implant industry. For a decade, he managed the largest independent national implant distributor in Canada for a prominent value segment brand. Recognizing the importance of live implant training, he established IDIA in 2012, one of North America's first live patient implant training programs. In 2018, after his distributor was acquired by a major industry player, he became their National Director of Business Development, significantly contributing to the growth of a new implant line launched in Canada. Recently, Francesco returned to his entrepreneurial roots and founded Implant Army, an implantology program that provides participants with skills and confidence through training and mentoring in a live patient environment.
Give a listen to Frank Loggia, founder of Implant Army, shares his journey in the dental implant industry and the importance of hands-on education. He emphasizes the need for clinicians to implement their learning immediately to gain confidence and retain information. Loggia discusses the unique aspects of Implant Army, including its tailored and intimate program, comprehensive experience, and inclusion of both freehand and guided surgery techniques. He also highlights the significance of building long-term relationships with clients and differentiating oneself in a crowded market. Loggia concludes by expressing his passion for seeing participants succeed and evolve in their implant careers.
