He's not looked back; the business has grown, staff have flourished and the team have much more focus on what they are doing and why. Through taking action on practices and policies he has dramatically improved the gender balance of the team and the companys environmental performance. Its all about having solid systems that support a plan - oh yes and the confidence to execute it....
