Alex Hamilton created Radiant Law in 2009 to challenge the legal industry in 2 ways: firstly the time honoured business model of hourly charging and secondly reverse the tendency to make contracts more and more complex. Alex's values have led him to turn down potential clients and his constant striving for innovation and improvement has often been at odds with the need for the firm to systemise its processes.
