This week I am joined by Tim Palmer who is the Sales Director for a company called Instaclustr. Tim has a solid background from starting his career on a graduate programme within service delivery at a company called Rackspace. Here is where he earnt his stripes and naturally progressed in to sales. Tim now heads up the Asia Pacific market for Instaclustr he tells me about his journey from starting the grad programme within a larger organisation to moving to Instaclustr, a fast-growing smaller business, that were relatively new to the market, where he was the first sales person to join.
