Colin started his career as a technical Analyst before progressing naturally in to, pre-sales and then pure sales. Spending 15 and half years at Oracle, Colin now works as a Director of Sales for a company called BrightFlag who have recently launched into the APAC market, Colin is the driving force of that and now growing his own team from their office in Sydney.

In this episode we speak about how he structures his day, generates new business, the strategies he puts in place and most importantly how he establishes and maintains the right mindset to keep himself moving forward.
