About today's guest
Jim is a noted author, speaker, and instructor in user experience design, information architecture, and strategy.
He wowed audiences with his presentation at TedX on collaboration 2015 and has also authored 3 books including Designing Web Navigation, Mapping Experiences, and most recently The Jobs To Be Done Playbook.
He is currently Head of Customer Experience at MURAL, the leading online whiteboard. Jim has worked with large companies, such as eBay, Audi, SONY, Elsevier Science, Lexis Nexis, and Citrix.
