Simi is joined by Alexis Joseph as they explore: "Can I want to be an intuitive eater and want to be healthy? If so, how can I make being healthy a priority without it becoming an obsession? It almost feels like there are two camps: camp eat intuitively but don't care about health or camp care about health but become obsessed with every little detail. Is there a place for me? How do you navigate this?" Tune in to hear where the conversation takes them!

Alexis Joseph is the dietitian, blogger, and mama behind Hummusapien, the food blog she created in 2011 in order to inspire others to eat happy, healthy and balanced. She's also Co-Founder of local restaurant group, Alchemy. She uses her passion for cooking and wellness as fuel to help others ignite a more freeing relationship with food. Through years of experience coaching individual clients, consulting with food brands, and conceptualizing restaurants, she combines approachable recipes with nutrition education to bring peace and joy back to the table.
