The Unsupervised Mom™️ is a weekly podcast for the everyday, Christian, single mom, who desires to navigate motherhood, God's way.
Friendships are gifts from God. Stewarding them well, with the Bible in mind, honors God. The journey of friendship has a way of raising our quality of life and deepening our intimacy with God.

In this episode, special guest, Nickeema Lyte, discusses how we can model God’s design for healthy friendships, even with the unpredictability that is encountered along the journey. She offers practical wisdom for how to maintain meaningful connections and insight for how to nurture our God-gifted friendships with intentionality.

Brooklyn native, Nickeema Lyte, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She has served in the mental health sector for over ten years by providing individual therapy support, group sessions, and workshop series that address (managing anxiety, healthy interpersonal relationships, overcoming self-sabotage and navigating depression and grief).

Nickeema has a heart to see people operate at optimal mental, emotional, and relational levels. She currently runs a private practice, Lyte Talks Therapy.
