Spokane Chiefs blogger Frank Guill (@gochiefsgoblog) joins Scott (@ssepich) to talk about the outlook for the Chiefs this season and why they might not be as bad as everyone thinks. They also touch on the labor investigation going on in the state of Washington, as well as the rumblings of a new arena in Tri-City.
