-Cuff and Mo make the trip to Cedar Hill to sit down with Roz Stafford-Grady, the owner of Smoking Jackets Cigar Lounge. The DFW native talks about how being introduced to cigars by her brother in-law set her on a path that would see her leave a 20 year career in the barber industry so she could open up a lounge of her own. Roz opens up about the challenges she faced as a female owner in a male dominated business and what she learned about herself during the journey just to get the doors open. The conversation switches gears as Raz talks about the importance of people and what it means to have people on your team that are really dedicated to the VISION of the business. Things close out with a look to the future of the Smoking Jackets brand and Roz giving some very interesting answers as to whom she would have at her imaginary roundtable.
