He talks about the importance of being willing to reach out for help from organizations that have done extensive research on the diagnosis and how that has helped his family. Joe also emphasizes the value of intentionally putting oneself in a situation of struggle, repeatedly, to make it less stressful over time, rather than avoiding it altogether.
