The Wellbeings (Dr O.G. Agbim & Dr Getaheadspace) discuss in the tail end of the first week of January the concept of resolutions and the importance of keeping them on track with your end goals and where possible being positive, rather than riding yourself of something. This is an unscripted podcast so sometimes important messages that we believe in can be lost in the natural flow of the conversation. With that being said both doctors on The Wellbeings are in support of stopping smoking & not binge/excessive alcohol drinking.
