If you’re an entrepreneur or business leader, you know that the ability to solve problems and overcome challenges can turn a good business into a great one. But what I’ve found is that leaders or teams that jump to conclusions are less likely to find the solution to the problem. Great leaders start by asking the right questions, and their curiosity is what leads to the solutions they’re looking for.
