In this episode, Advisory Council Member Michaela Markels ’24 speaks with Remembering 50 contributor Pamela Rollings. After graduating with Yale’s class of 1976, Pam went on to receive her law degree from The University of Virginia, which lead to a career in corporate law and later, non-profit law. Today, she reads her piece “Ready or Not,” and goes into more depth about her experience at Yale in its first years of coeducation, the mental health challenges she faced in college and afterward, her advice to women seeking professional positions of leadership, and her take on a career in law. — Our “Remembering 50” book features the voices and stories of alumni of all gender identities, backgrounds, and career paths.
