In this episode, Co-President Jen Huang '22 speaks with Eve Ellis, Yale College ’80. Eve is a private wealth advisor and founder of the Matterhorn Group at William Blair, which focuses on investing with both financial and social returns through a Gender Parity Strategy and the Matterhorn/Refinitiv Diversity & Inclusion Strategy. She is also a member of the Forum for Sustainable and Responsible Investment (US SIF), served on the board of the Ms. Foundation for Women, and received The Women’s Bond Club of New York’s Betty Cook Award in 2018 for her dedication to women's advancement.

In this episode, Eve speaks about her background and what brought her to finance, how she entered a male-dominated field, and the importance of socially responsible investment.
