Welcome to the Wonderful World of Darklords! In this episode, we explore the horror of frozen lands, frozen hearts, frozen bodies, and pretty much anything else we can think to freeze (except the trolls, because they have steam vents). As a fair warning, we went with Elsa rather than Hans as our darklord because she's a much more psychologically interesting character and because icebound Arendelle is much more a reflection of her than of him, so if Elsa is special to you, you might want to skip this one. Subjects discussed include:

--How to make a darklord whose canonical motivation is "I just want to be left alone" into an active and dynamic villain, and how to bring in some of the Snow Queen material that never made it into the movie;

--Why this is another domain where your PCs can make a meaningful, positive change in the lives of the people without ending the darklord's torment (which is good, because this is one hecking bleak domain);

--How to use Arendelle without making Elsa the darklord if you love her too much to let her alignment be neutral evil;

--Tips for making cold and starvation frightening for a party that comes prepared with cold resistance and goodberry;

--and more!
