• Jeffrey and Odette discuss a new affirmation sleep track they released on their YouTube channel.
• Odette talks of a friend that may join next week to share his thoughts on crypto and spirituality. Jeffrey talks about the Idea of limited resources from the human perspective related to the expenditure of energy for technologies like crypto compared to unlimited abundance from the broader perspective. Jeffrey talks about how he knows everything is always working out, and all problems lend to better solutions, even when we see BIG things right in front of us on a global level.
• Jeffrey tells of a "plastic beach" he saw when living in Costa Rica that the sand was obscured by the amount of plastic on it and remarks how beautiful is was despite not being natural. Odette wants to "poke" at the "unnatural" comment by saying that if everything is from the one, is not then the plastic natural as well.
• Jeffrey talks about how his journey entailed him discovering things that were more salubrious to his well-being and talks about how in that discovery process, he had a purpose in the past to share the benefits of "organic and non-gmo" foods many years ago. He then talks about the purpose being the flow of love, and asks Odette that when we know our true selves and our true power, what is then our purpose or meaning.
• Odette talks about the the big questions everyone has, how purpose has nothing to do with occupation, but a more fundamental aspect of someones essence. She talks about her ever growing awareness of her power is helping her figure out her purpose.
• Odette asks what Jeffrey feels his purpose is, and he talks about how he has always been someone to show others their power, even prior to his full awareness of self. Odette remarks on how that is something that can be applied to everything. Jeffrey remarks how that is his understanding to find specifically where to funnel that energy at times.
• Odette talks about how much time she spends by herself and how clear and happy she is all the time. Jeffrey talks about "The Space" again, a dream location where people can come to experience peace, love, joy, beauty and just traveling around spreading joy. :)
• Jeffrey expresses that how when he goes into high states without intention, certain experiences come in which he then asks if that is his purpose for this moment on his journey, while Odette remarks that it's because it's what he is just currently believing.
• Odette talks about how she has felt she has had to polish parts of her to be a professional yoga teacher while Jeffrey remarks how he wants her to be the most authentic version of herself. Odette talks about how she has lately been watching humorous videos like Paula Dean mashups and that she does want to and will be more authentic.
• Jeffrey talks about how simply showing the lightness of everything is the best way to teach and be. Odette tells about a story from when she was in Costa Rica and how those around her doing just that was so helpful.
• Odette talks about the "serious" components of the self are metaphorical soil, and how helpful tending to the soil allows the full blossoming. Soil to butterfly.
• Jeffrey and Odette discuss the subtle experiences of others energy, then remarks how that is a great reflection of where she is. This segues into old relationships that have deep "roots" in our consciousness. Odette remarks that any person in our experience that stays in a certain state, is entirely because we haven't "forgotten" that story yet.
• Odette and Jeffrey discuss their own experiences on how they have shifted their perception of current and older relationships and the continued practice of doing those things.
