Alignment can feel incredibly challenging to capture or to resonate with until we know it. Until we can sense that we're "in the flow." And even then, sometimes we don't know what sings to us until we have a lightbulb moment months (or, in my case a year or more) later!

In this episode we'll go over four lessons I've learned about living and working in alignment:

  1. You're not an idiot for wanting different things
  2. There is power in the no's and, no, you haven't wasted time
  3. Embrace change and keep evolving with your path of alignment
  4. And take note of what's aligned with you (and not) to keep track
