theforcedpivot Podcast welcomes Craig Jeffress.

Craig has worked in the hospitality industry for over thirty-five years.
Working on the culinary end, as well as guiding service in many dining
rooms, has given him a keen eye for the details that matter most to those
with discerning tastes.
Throughout the 90's, while getting multiple degrees, Craig would spend his
nights in the kitchens of Atlanta's Peasant Restaurant Group. This would
lead to him spending several years traveling with that organization
throughout the eastern U.S., having a chance to open numerous
restaurants, and working with some of the best chefs of that era in
Philadelphia, Washington DC, Miami, Memphis, Nashville, Minneapolis,
Orlando and New York. Eventually, his passion for leadership brought him
to the helm of several notable establishments serving as everything from
chef to general manager, director of operations, and owner.
Craig has spent the last 14 years in Savannah and Charleston utilizing his
years of experience in the industry to continue the legacy of fine dining
hospitality for the Garibaldi Management Corporation which includes The
Olde Pink House, Garibaldis and Anson Restaurant.
Growing up in southern Virginia, as one of five children, Craig has held on
to what he learned while eating at his mother’s table. Gatherings of friends
and family are treasured moments and every opportunity to make them
special should be cherished. His career has taught him that leadership of
others is one of the most humbling yet rewarding charges given to an
individual.
