James here! I recently had an interesting conversation with Olga Nayda, the co-founder of Gloc.al, a tech startup.

Olga is an amazing example of a game-changer in the digital age. Olga shared her struggles as an entrepreneur, from encountering resistance in online communities to facing difficulties in getting valuable user feedback. But, she took it all in stride and used a unique approach called the 'Wizard of Oz' methodology, which helped her simulate user interaction and gather feedback efficiently.

An inspiring part of our conversation was hearing about Olga's experience conducting a workshop for young and motivated entrepreneurs. These kids showed an incredible amount of creativity and entrepreneurial spirit which left us in awe.

Our chat concluded with a look into the future of Gloc.al. With new advisors on board and a focus on the hospitality and tourism sectors, the future looks promising. However, Olga acknowledged that the b2b world is a new ball game, requiring relationship-building that's distinct from her b2c experience.

Overall, my conversation with Olga was enlightening and left me inspired. Here's to more such encounters with the movers and shakers of the tech world!
